ivy-debian-helper software package provides Helper tools for building Debian packages with Ivy, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ivy-debian-helper
ivy-debian-helper is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ivy-debian-helper package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ivy-debian-helper *
You will get with ivy-debian-helper package name, version, architecture and description in a table
