isc-dhcp-server-ldap software package provides DHCP server that uses LDAP as its backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install isc-dhcp-server-ldap
isc-dhcp-server-ldap is installed in your system.
Make ensure the isc-dhcp-server-ldap package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep isc-dhcp-server-ldap *
You will get with isc-dhcp-server-ldap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
