How to Install ikeyd software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

ikeyd software package provides Daemon for handling special Apple laptop hotkeys, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ikeyd

ikeyd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ikeyd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ikeyd *

You will get with ikeyd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
