How to Install iiod software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

iiod software package provides Daemon to share IIO devices on the network, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install iiod 

iiod is installed in your system.

Make ensure the iiod package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iiod *

You will get with iiod package name, version, architecture and description in a table
