icewm-themes software package provides Theme files for the Ice Window Manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icewm-themes
icewm-themes is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icewm-themes package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icewm-themes *
You will get with icewm-themes package name, version, architecture and description in a table
