icee-translators software package provides ZeroC IceE Slice translators for C++ and Java, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icee-translators
icee-translators is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icee-translators package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icee-translators *
You will get with icee-translators package name, version, architecture and description in a table
