ibus-kkc-dbg software package provides Japanese Kana Kanji input engine for IBus - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-kkc-dbg
ibus-kkc-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-kkc-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-kkc-dbg *
You will get with ibus-kkc-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
