ibus-cangjie software package provides Cangjie and Quick input methods for IBus, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-cangjie
ibus-cangjie is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-cangjie package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-cangjie *
You will get with ibus-cangjie package name, version, architecture and description in a table
