hyphy-mpi software package provides Hypothesis testing using Phylogenies (MPI version), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hyphy-mpi
hyphy-mpi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hyphy-mpi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hyphy-mpi *
You will get with hyphy-mpi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
