hyphy-common software package provides Hypothesis testing using Phylogenies (common files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hyphy-common
hyphy-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hyphy-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hyphy-common *
You will get with hyphy-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
