httptunnel software package provides Tunnels a data stream in HTTP requests, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install httptunnel
httptunnel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the httptunnel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep httptunnel *
You will get with httptunnel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
