html-xml-utils software package provides HTML and XML manipulation utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install html-xml-utils
html-xml-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the html-xml-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep html-xml-utils *
You will get with html-xml-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
