hopenpgp-tools software package provides hOpenPGP-based command-line tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hopenpgp-tools
hopenpgp-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hopenpgp-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hopenpgp-tools *
You will get with hopenpgp-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
