gsl-ref-psdoc software package provides GNU Scientific Library (GSL) Reference Manual in postscript, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gsl-ref-psdoc
gsl-ref-psdoc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gsl-ref-psdoc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gsl-ref-psdoc *
You will get with gsl-ref-psdoc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
