grepcidr software package provides Filter IP addresses matching IPv4 CIDR/network specification, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install grepcidr
grepcidr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the grepcidr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep grepcidr *
You will get with grepcidr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
