graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c software package provides image processing libraries providing ImageMagick interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c
graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c is installed in your system.
Make ensure the graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c*
You will get with graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-c package name, version, architecture and description in a table
