gr-iqbal software package provides GNU Radio Blind IQ imbalance estimator and correction, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gr-iqbal
gr-iqbal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gr-iqbal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gr-iqbal *
You will get with gr-iqbal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
