golang-github-shurcool-sanitiz software package provides Go package for creating sanitized anchor names, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-shurcool-sanitiz
golang-github-shurcool-sanitiz is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-shurcool-sanitiz package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-github-shurcool-sanitiz*
