golang-github-kballard-go-shel software package provides Go utilities for performing shell-like word splitting/joining, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-kballard-go-shel
golang-github-kballard-go-shel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-kballard-go-shel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-github-kballard-go-shel*
