golang-barcode-dev software package provides Barcode creation lib for golang, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-barcode-dev
golang-barcode-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-barcode-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-barcode-dev *
You will get with golang-barcode-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
