gnome-color-chooser software package provides GTK+/GNOME desktop appearance customization tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-color-chooser
gnome-color-chooser is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-color-chooser package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-color-chooser *
You will get with gnome-color-chooser package name, version, architecture and description in a table
