gnome-clocks software package provides Simple GNOME app with stopwatch, timer, and world clock support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-clocks
gnome-clocks is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-clocks package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-clocks *
You will get with gnome-clocks package name, version, architecture and description in a table
