gfs2-utils software package provides Global File System 2 - filesystem tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfs2-utils
gfs2-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfs2-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfs2-utils *
You will get with gfs2-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
