gentoo software package provides fully GUI-configurable, two-pane X file manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gentoo
gentoo is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gentoo package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gentoo *
You will get with gentoo package name, version, architecture and description in a table
