gem-plugin-dc1394 software package provides Graphics Environment for Multimedia - DC1394 support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gem-plugin-dc1394
gem-plugin-dc1394 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gem-plugin-dc1394 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gem-plugin-dc1394 *
