gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 software package provides GNU D compiler (based on GCC) for the mips64 architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64
gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 *
You will get with gdc-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
