gcin-voice software package provides gcin voice data, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcin-voice
gcin-voice is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcin-voice package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcin-voice *
You will get with gcin-voice package name, version, architecture and description in a table
