ganglia-modules-linux software package provides Ganglia extra modules for Linux (IO, filesystems, multicpu), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ganglia-modules-linux
ganglia-modules-linux is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ganglia-modules-linux package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ganglia-modules-linux *
You will get with ganglia-modules-linux package name, version, architecture and description in a table
