gambas3-gb-opengl-glu software package provides Gambas OpenGL utility, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gambas3-gb-opengl-glu
gambas3-gb-opengl-glu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gambas3-gb-opengl-glu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gambas3-gb-opengl-glu *
You will get with gambas3-gb-opengl-glu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
