fyre software package provides interactively renders Peter de Jong maps (chaotic functions), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fyre
fyre is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fyre package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fyre *
You will get with fyre package name, version, architecture and description in a table
