fritzing-parts software package provides Easy-to-use electronic design software (parts files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fritzing-parts
fritzing-parts is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fritzing-parts package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fritzing-parts *
You will get with fritzing-parts package name, version, architecture and description in a table
