freeipa-tests software package provides FreeIPA centralized identity framework -- tests, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freeipa-tests
freeipa-tests is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freeipa-tests package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freeipa-tests *
You will get with freeipa-tests package name, version, architecture and description in a table
