fonts-sil-harmattan software package provides Arabic script font for West African languages, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-sil-harmattan
fonts-sil-harmattan is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-sil-harmattan package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-sil-harmattan *
You will get with fonts-sil-harmattan package name, version, architecture and description in a table
