fonts-migmix software package provides High quality Japanese font based on M+ fonts and IPA fonts, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-migmix
fonts-migmix is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-migmix package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-migmix *
You will get with fonts-migmix package name, version, architecture and description in a table
