fonts-lklug-sinhala software package provides Unicode Sinhala font by Lanka Linux User Group, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-lklug-sinhala
fonts-lklug-sinhala is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-lklug-sinhala package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-lklug-sinhala *
You will get with fonts-lklug-sinhala package name, version, architecture and description in a table
