flwrap software package provides amateur radio file encapsulation/compression utility, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flwrap
flwrap is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flwrap package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flwrap *
You will get with flwrap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
