flare software package provides Meta package to deal with package name changes in Flare 0.19, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flare
flare is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flare package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flare *
You will get with flare package name, version, architecture and description in a table
