firewall-config software package provides graphical configuration tool to change the firewall settings, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firewall-config
firewall-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firewall-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firewall-config *
You will get with firewall-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
