fex software package provides web service for transferring very large files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fex
fex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fex *
You will get with fex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
