festival-czech software package provides Czech support for Festival speech synthesis system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install festival-czech
festival-czech is installed in your system.
Make ensure the festival-czech package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep festival-czech *
You will get with festival-czech package name, version, architecture and description in a table
