How to Install fcitx software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

fcitx software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install fcitx

fcitx is installed in your system.

Make ensure the fcitx package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx *

You will get with fcitx package name, version, architecture and description in a table
