fastjet-examples software package provides Example source files of FastJet, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fastjet-examples
fastjet-examples is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fastjet-examples package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fastjet-examples *
You will get with fastjet-examples package name, version, architecture and description in a table
