famfamfam-flag-png software package provides Free collection of countries flags, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install famfamfam-flag-png
famfamfam-flag-png is installed in your system.
Make ensure the famfamfam-flag-png package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep famfamfam-flag-png *
You will get with famfamfam-flag-png package name, version, architecture and description in a table
