How to Install fake software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

fake software package provides IP address takeover tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install fake

fake is installed in your system.

Make ensure the fake package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fake *

You will get with fake package name, version, architecture and description in a table
