$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install engrampa-dbg 

engrampa-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the engrampa-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep engrampa-dbg *

You will get with engrampa-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table

engrampa-dbg package basic information:
