How to Install emu8051 software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

emu8051 software package provides Emulator and simulator for 8051 microcontrollers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install emu8051

emu8051 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the emu8051 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep emu8051 *

You will get with emu8051 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
