embassy-domalign software package provides Extra EMBOSS commands for protein domain alignment, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install embassy-domalign
embassy-domalign is installed in your system.
Make ensure the embassy-domalign package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep embassy-domalign *
You will get with embassy-domalign package name, version, architecture and description in a table
