How to Install e00compr software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

e00compr software package provides A program to read/write Arcinfo compressed E00 files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install e00compr

e00compr is installed in your system.

Make ensure the e00compr package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep e00compr *

You will get with e00compr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
