How to Install dvipng software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

dvipng software package provides convert DVI files to PNG graphics, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dvipng

dvipng is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dvipng package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dvipng *

You will get with dvipng package name, version, architecture and description in a table
