drac-dev software package provides Dynamic Relay Authorization Control (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install drac-dev
drac-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the drac-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep drac-dev *
You will get with drac-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
